1) What are your business hours?
We are open from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm Monday - Friday, 8:00 am to 3:00 pm Saturday, Closed Sunday
2) Is there a charge for an estimate?
For problems that can be addressed without an actual diagnostic, there is no cost. If a diagnostic is run, the cost varies by job and will be deducted for the finall bill.
3) Do you accept extended warranties?
Yes, we accept extended warranties from most insurance companies.
4) What forms of payment do you accept?
Upon completion of work to your satisfaction, we accept insurance checks, MasterCard, VISA, American Express, Discover, debit cards, or cash. No Personal Checks. All work is to be paid in full upon completion.
5) How much will it cost?
The automotive industry is comprised of thousands of cars, each with thousands of parts. One part from one car manufacturer can cost hundreds of dollars more or less that the same part from a different manufacturer. Because of this, we cannot disclose a concrete price for your service, as each job is different. Instead we ask that you schedule a estimate by calling us at 773-523-1200
6) How long will I be without a car?
Because each repair is different, we can give an estimated completion time after an assessment of the repairs are made. Most repairs take between 1 to 5 working days.
7) Do you provide a loaner car?
No, unfortunately due to the high cost of liability insurance we can not provide loaners. We do have a relationship with a nearby Enterprise Rent-A-Car that will provide vehicle for customers in need of transportation while we service their car.
8) Do you use genuine OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) parts for repairs?
We prefer to use original equipment parts from the manufacturers for repairs. We supply both OEM and After Market Parts. We allow the customer to make the final decision as to what type of part will be used.
9) Do you guarantee your work?
Absolutely. Our service has always been based on honesty, integrity and quality. We stand behind our work. Most work is backed up with the AutoValue - North American Warranty. If the work is not covered and you experience the same problem within 90 days or 3,000 miles, we will fix the problem, for no charge.
